Thanks LJ. I can afford a proper education for my kids though it pains me that I must. It also bothers me a great deal to see the abject mismanagement of educating today's youth. Particularly in the inner city where they already have to deal with personal economic disparity. The mix creates the cycle of poverty we never seem able to break.

I'd be willing to take all the blame myself if they'd just fix the problem.
