The Gulf War was 10 years ago, and we developed some mighty effective weapons during and after the Gulf War. I suspect you may be thinking solely of the Patriot system designed to shoot down Scuds (and other tactical missiles). Still would like to see support rather than your memory of a 10 year old war (that we dominated btw).
