One of my favorite Clinton coward/hypocrite events was when he tried to claim that he couldn't be sued for sex harassment because he was on active duty in the military (as Commander-In-Chief). That was quite a leap of logic, I personally liked the shrews "right wing conspiracy theory." Let's face it, the guy screwed up so much you'd have to hire a full-time staff to make up excuses for him. The conspiracy theory was a good catch-all, saved a lot of time.
