You have to load the companion software on the computer you want to use and have a yahoo account. It works with both Netscape and IE.
Check out the following link: companion.yahoo.com

Last year I retired but still go in to do some consulting one day a week. I use someone else’s computer running NT. After logging in as myself I sign into yahoo and have all my bookmarks available on a neat toolbar. The toolbar also has a nice feature that lets you toggle to a stock market toolbar. When finished I log off of yahoo and NT and anyone else using the computer will not see yahoo companion.
