It's the "point lower" I'd be concerned about

I'm initiating several RE financings now, because the long rates don't seem to be going lower, even with short rates dropping

I'd certainly agree on price reductions on luxury properties, we've seen a lot of that here & it'll likely continue down, lagging the turn in the economy next year.
