Flask doesn't even remotely resemble specfp2000. Comparing those two are like comparing Business Winstone and rc5. Yes, they are both classified by many as "integer" benchmarks, but that means nothing. Similarly, there is zero reason to even suspect that Flash and specfp2000 would have similar performance characteristics.

Huh? We were never talking about any benchmarks other than thosein specfp2000. All I was doing was quoting Intel Corp.

That said, how much do you think SSE2 code would improve P4 performance in the STREAM benchmark? In my opinion, this benchmark more closely resembles specfp2000.
