An Important Snipit From The CC...

``Looking forward, investors can monitor our progress by watching for announcements regarding new customer relationships, new strategic partnerships and the commercial success of the OnStar Virtual Advisor. As our direct sales force continues to penetrate Global 2000 companies, we expect interest in our software products to escalate. As a result, we plan to enter 2002 with backlog product revenue and a strong sales pipeline. Ultimately, our goal is to accelerate to high growth and earnings and to create long-term value for our shareholders, customers and employees.''

We could see some nice price appreciation in the stock in the first half of 2002 when a higher rate of revenues starts kicking in...

Seconds, if I'm reading your comments right, I too thought they did a commendable job on the CC, the Q&A was lively and informative (dramatic difference from the previous CC), and I'm guardedly optimistic about the company's prospects. Obviously still high risk, but still high reward potential, IMO. Kudos to Kathie and David on their accomplishments thus far in a very difficult macro environment, and I'm looking forward to their future contributions and to management's delivering on their self-imposed milestones.

Best,
ea
