HI BWAC, Looks like the time to issue that would be at an anticipated final shakeout of the SCE sector.If historical trough prices were taken advantage of,Lehman could pay themselves handsome revenue and offer a package that could be up substantially solely on the back of Mr. Market. If done right everyone would love to buy the booked profit at a discount and Lehman could literally whore the difference in a fee based one time charge. Betting on hitting the bottom is risky business - don't we all know.ggg However if they pulled it off -they could pay themselves ROYALLY. Nothing new here - fresh cash at THE BOTTOM will make you rich. I think it could well be a great timing cue. BWDIK Bob
