Thanks for the kind words. Although I am a government employee, my parents were of the sort you are talking about here. They did quite well, but when my Dad died we had to get rid of all the junk he collected over the years. He had a use for every single piece of it in mind and puttered with it until the very last day. He recycled stuff long before it became politically correct. Most people have no idea what it's like to have a large potion of your life's saving and personal asssets pledged to a bank as collateral and to have your life's work riding on the success or failure of the entrerprise you've funded.
