hi cobalt,
thanks for replying. i wasn't sure the link was good. it was acting very flaky after i posted.

it's true that the visceral impact of death by murder of kin is a fundamentally different experience than any other type of death. and on one day six thousand families were introduced to it. i don't want to belabor the issue, but, the reaction to this is still in its infancy. i'm 20 years down the road from my own event and i still get surprised by the long waves of rage and grief still traveling, still potent.

new york, will be, for this century, ground zero for the answer to questions everyone else will wonder about: how did this happen?(we were careless.) am i next?(yes.) and from the tenor of the articles i've been reading i think they know this.

regards,
larry
