Last week's decline, off the Wednesday gap up, was very strong and, for me, showed again what happens when selling kicks in and there are no shorts holding this market up. We could see the same thing today. If this can push a little further, where the equity bulls decide to start locking in profits, it will begin a new wave of selling.

Let's watch carefully here to see if the MM's are selling puts too cheaply.

Here come the rebound. Still in the futures weeds while I size it up as corrective or not...

Using May 22 top as the start of COMPX Big 5, we could be in a 4 of that 5 here:

A possible alternative - could this be just a 4 of 3 in that Big 5? I can't get a clear 5-wave count for the 3 otherwise.

I can't see 5 down complete. Could you post that count if you get a chance? Thanks.
