2:30PM ET Bulls appear to be calling the shots again as there has been little interruption to the market's recovery effort... Just like the earlier sell-off, the rebound effort has been broad-based and it has been led by the tech sector... No real news catalyst for the reversal of fortune-- just more of the same with investors seeing dips as a buying opportunity as they focus on the prospects for an economic recovery next year

12:06PM Titan Corp (TTN) 26.20 +0.41 (+1.6%): WLWT Eyewitness News 5 (Cincinnati) reports that the U.S. Postal Service sent four truckloads of potentially contaminated mail to be irradiated at company's Titan Scan Technologies plant in Lima, Ohio. News follows report earlier this week by USA Today that the Postal Service has discussed irradiating the mail with Titan Corp. Company said it believes it could have the technology installed onto some Postal Service conveyer belts within 2 months, and that it would add about a penny to the cost of delivering a letter.
