Kevin, I haven't been doing any research lately either. I know PPS was struggling a year ago and cut back on development. I imagine that their FFO growth (or lack of) should be the same or slightly weaker than the average REIT. Other than that, I haven't got any useful info. Richard p.s. The Nasdaq clearly is trading above it's 50 day moving average, and the Dow Industrials are right at the 50 day average, so we could see a shift in sentiment soon. The bulls and bears are having a pretty good fight.
