Yeah, I have noticed that off the Turnpike an awful lot are run by fellows in turbans. As far as I can tell, most of the names are Hindi or Urdu, in other words, from India or Pakistan. The two languages are very similar, so I am not sure which. There may be some Sikhs, but given the ubiquity of "Singh" among Sikhs, I would guess that most are "other".....An interesting tidbit: I stayed at the Days Inn in Fort Lee with a school group a couple of years ago, and it turned out to be run by Kosovo Albanians.......
