I was just reading about the GSE's this evening in the Quarterly Report from Platinum Capital which is always an interesting read, and securitization of mortgages. The latter we do have here. Interest rates are low too and the government introduced a first home buyers grant. So recently the dynamic has been soaring house prices and rising rental vacancies. I'm a renter. I have an exchange traded property investment in department stores.
