This is very scary considering Pakistan has nukes and the security probably isn't as tight as in Moscow ...

'Terrorists' twice tried to enter Russian nuke sites

MOSCOW: Unidentified "terrorists" have twice tried to enter the grounds of closed Russian nuclear sites over the past year, although police arrested those involved in both cases, a senior Russian defense official said on Thursday.

The first such incident occurred in February and the second in April, General Igor Valkin told RIA Novosti news agency.

"The corresponding special services intercepted the terrorists in both cases," the general said. He provided no details about the sites targeted or who was involved in the criminal acts.
