I would think that they would have to worry. If a postal worker can get it by touching an unopened letter, then they could also be infected if they're the least bit careless.

Look for someone mailing letters with gloves on.

Well, if it is released here, how possible is it that it would affect THEM in that continent ? A self imposed isolation by all Arab states might work for them....

As for all the moslem deaths that would cause in the US, they've shown their mad philosophy supports human sacrifices and that they're prepared for it.

If they have it, (and its a big if) I'm sure they'll use it....its a metter of time.

Actually, smallpox has a mortality rate of approx. 33%. Even if a global pandemic were to break out, it would not likely spell the end of mankind.
