The only way that I see this Lehman thing would be interesting is if they bring it out at say 100 paying 8%. And subsequently all the basket of stocks falloff to say 50, which would bring the yield to around 16%. Allowing the small guy to buy with a great dividend and a good chance of capital appreciation as well.

Thus this Security/Bond/Whatever would be something to watch and wait on and market time possibly at some later date?
