The always do. A lot less. Saves them all distribution costs and most importantly saves them the cost of support, because the OEM takes that on.

Upgrades for corporate customers are much cheaper than the "retail" upgrades. Depends on volume, like anything else. However, new licensing scheme will effectively force companies to upgrade on Microsoft's schedule. Wait too long and it's no longer considered an upgrade, it becomes a "new purchase."

Not much less, about 230$C = about 145$US. This is for the OEM XP Pro
