Then you misinterpreted me, as you did the source of the so called dirty deed.

As you showed it's WildTangent's file (it's in their folder. Check the copyright on it as well).
The OEM preinstalled it for you. It has nothing to do with Microsoft.

This is the price you pay for letting the OEM install random 3rd party stuff on YOUR computer YOU just purchased.

BTW: Did you hear? The government want to allow more liberal installation of unknown 3rd party stuff on to your Computer. So you can expect more excitement like this in the future.
