Hawaii is broke -- if there is a buck to be made suing MSFT by some ambitious Hawaiian Atty General, I am sure you can count on he/she to do the right thing for his/her politcal fortunes!

Who isn't? We're in the first global recession since the mid 1970's.
There's also a danger the US economy could receive too much stimulus.
The Fed should come out and tell us that there are signs,however faint, of a US/1929 or Japan/1989 deflation, and it's fighting such a move with a gusher of liquidity.
Other than that don't leave home without your American Express card.;)
