2:30PM ET Bulls appear to be calling the shots again as there has been little interruption to the market's recovery effort... Just like the earlier sell-off, the rebound effort has been broad-based and it has been led by the tech sector... No real news catalyst for the reversal of fortune-- just more of the same with investors seeing dips as a buying opportunity as they focus on the prospects for an economic recovery next year...
