I think the president was very clear about this. All terrorists and those - including states - who harbor them are the sworn enemy of the United States. Vice President Cheney predicted this war may last a generation. I don't hear anyone in the government saying we'll be done by spring.

Also, many Americans don't know this, but in Europe it was reported that Secretary Powell, when he called into his office all members of the Islamic conference, handed them a yes/no checklist - one "no" and adios.

"You are either with us, or you're with the terrorists." I personally don't believe President Bush was joking. Like I said earlier, the reason why Iraq talk is being played down is because we have a little surprise packet in store for that government, and a few other besides...

Whoever thinks the U.S., after having Wall Street, the nation's financial center, attacked in this way, with thousands murdered, with a Republican administration, is not going to destroy all of those responsible and all their supporters, think again. This time, their bluff is being called. The diplomatic maneuvers are a trap for the terrorists. The criticism of Israel is a ploy.
