All planes were on the ground? and the controllers at Reagan were looking at blank screens? They didn't see the lone inbound blip incoming? doesn't make sense. Not from your part, I could care less. Either the guys were watching traffic or TV News. I don't believe that all traffic was on the ground yet, JMO.
