XP will be a major flop <ng> The idea in that article that folks will upgrade PCs for the new OS -- that's too funny. Especially when the OS takes all the info about your hardware back to MSFT when you register and requires you to re-register if you make so many changes -- MSFT is truly the evul empire and Big Brother rolled into one ... All I am waiting for is an announcement how they want to provide the DB for the national ID cards, instead of Sun. <ng> Here's hoping some open-source company sneaks up and kicks them in their memory leaks -- I don't care if they sell it to everyone on the face of the planet. It is still trash, IMO.
