I have stayed out of it because I can see you have information you trust, and I cannot quite see how to choose between your account and the controllers, which also strikes me as credible. I admit, I have had distractions, and therefore may have skimmed too much, and not gotten the details. I will try looking some of this over again, and tell you what I think......

What you are failing to comprehend is only the hijacker knew which target he was after. But we have an air traffic controller who is watching a screen, and in her opinion, the most probable target was the White House. But other factors, sun and speed came into play, and they chose the Pentagon. Now of course, there is speculation on her part, granted. But you only wish to see your speculation, most likely, IMO because of your hatred for Republicans and GWB. Please can the self pity, you're a liberal on a conservative thread.
