Well the actual final flight path was over Army Navy Country club and I 395 and turning into the Pentagon west side just by the helo pad. No one saw the plane go over DC or around the airport if it did a 360, and if it indeed did this it was too high to be obvious or attack, thus it then it circled to get a fix on Pentagon and then went in for the hit. If the White House was an initial target it would have been low and visible on first pass if there was one. So as I have maintained the target was the Pentagon even moreso if a high fly by was performed. This is the only way a 360 could have happened undetected a high fly by.
I can support the 360 if it was at high altitude not attack altitude. Also, I would assume if it flew by it would have hit the other side of the Pentagon where all the brass was.
