I think the case is pretty strong. My only question revolves around how primitive delivery has been, but that is not enough to rule out Iraq........

bin Laden and Saddam are to blame even if the Boy Scouts did it. They created the springboard that made it possible.

The final chapter has yet to be written and domestic sources can not be ruled out but the evidence is still very strong that Iraq had a hand in this mess.....
