If it did a 360 it was at a high altitude which refutes Ms. O'Briens whole premise of it flying directly at a "target of the White House". For at that altitude everything in all of metro DC is a potential target. And again I say if the plane was low, and circled why did no one see it, especially at Reagan where it would have flown right by the tower. I assume you again won't put forth an answer that provides any data
