The transcript says that O'Brien summoned her fellow controller and her supervisor and they watched the screen together. Why do you keep asking about basic facts which are already in the record. Please read it.

I wonder how many would testify that they saw a plane do loop-d-loops because they thought it would somehow help the war effort to backup the administration. All testimony needs corroberation.
