CIBT Expands Project Management Training to New Markets in China CDNX Symbol: CPT VANCOUVER, Nov. 1 /CNW/ - Capital Alliance Group Inc. and its subsidiary - CIBT Canadian Institute of Business and Technology Corporation ("CIBT") - announces that CIBT and Project Management Institute, Beijing Chapter ("PMI") will jointly deliver Project Management training under an agreement with the Shandong Provincial Government Employee Education Office. According to Yahoo News, China will join the World Trade Organization at its annual ministerial meeting this month, which promises to make China a more open nation and create thousands of new jobs.
