let's assume there was a 360, and four hundred controllers agreed Ok. Why didn't anyone except my three folks ever see the plane in DC, and they all saw it heading straight for the Pentagon. Was the tower, and its controllers and all the folks in Reagan National who were supposed to be looking for this aircraft asleep or didn't they give a damn even though the WTC towers were burning?
