What are you suggesting would 'help' regarding ...

... military prisoners-of-war who happen to be hypothetically yours and/or Rambi's children that is different from the past 60 years?

Or 'captives.'

I'm not relating your question to ... anything, actually.

You want these 'towel heads,' as RWEs like to describe them, in custody/prison, to be physically tortured, by U.S. Federal law, in order to obtain information?

What do you WANT? Laws supporting physical torture of suspects of terrorist crime-related activities to obtain information?

Here's another hypothetical:

Let's say that your son somehow or other, through no fault of your own as his or her father, decided to emulate the Timothy McVeigh 'role model.'

Better yet, let's assume that some other young man or woman blew up something in the U.S. and your son or daughter was a suspect. Mistakenly so. Innocent. Just a matter of circumstance that they were 'fingered' as suspects in some horrendous crime.

Would you also then support physical torture as a legalized method of 'intimidation?'
