I was supposed to let her know if it would keep. But we accidentally drank our whole bottle, and I forgot to leave any. So in the interest of helping Karen out I'll just have to open another bottle tonight.

BTW, do you know if Karen tried her Lambic yet? I'd love to taste the currant flavor. My bottle of raspberry lambic is in the fridge awaiting an occasion that calls for the consumption of 750 ml of alcoholic beverage, something that is rare hereabouts. I was intrigued, too, by the black currant thinking it would be good around Thanksgiving, but bought the raspberry on X's recommendation and because raspberry is my co-favorite fruit. I will report back my review once I've tasted it. (I don't expect to ever see papaya lambic.)
