Probably not.

The bulk of their OS revenue probably still comes from corporate users and OEM installs. They've gotten really good about making sure that neither the corporate users nor the OEM customers get "real" CD copies of the OS to use.

Overseas, where there are a lot more "mom and pop" PC shops assembling their own and installing the OS from the same old CD thousands of times, this will have a bigger impact.
