Actually, they come with a manual as well. The only thing missing is the colorful box! Some online resellers require you to buy a piece of hardware with your purchase, but some don't. If you would like the URL of one that doesn't, you can PM me.

Adam, Bob - it is illegal for anyone but an OEM to install an OEM version and if you get caught you are liable. MSFT licensing strictly forbids the installation of OEM versions on anything but a new machine by the manufacturer and the license is not transferrable. Go at your own risk.
