Buy-ins!

Isn't it ridiculous to have such a thing as a buy-in?

Oh yes your broker will tell you it's regulations!! I say ENOUGH. We don't have a market here.

EMEX is a great example, however there are many many examples.

We must all get serious about these Buy-ins. they are little more than theft. Since no one is interested in buying EMEX at this price point, they will buy in everyone who is short. After they have all the shares covered, then the stock will drop to 2.00 in fifteen minutes or so.

"I'd like to buy some shares in xyz company".
"Oh I'm sorry Jim, there are no shares available to buy in xyz company."

Have you ever heard that? Of course not. Doesn't it sound ridiculous if you want to buy stock? Of course it does.

DON"T give me the nonsense that "there are no shares available to short sell". It's just ridiculous as long as there is a buyer and a seller. It's impossible for an artificial long not to be created when volumes exceed the float of some companies that we've recently trading more than the "float".

So why are there no shares available for us to short? Why buy-ins?

"I'm sorry Jim, you can only buy the stock market, there is no selling allowed, but thanks for calling have a nice day". This has got to stop.

I'm closing my accounts at one brokerage house after I wind up my positions.

You must ask the question of your broker because they should be working with the SEC to change some rules that are outdated, and NOT in the best interest of the market. Short selling should be allowed the same as buying.

NEVER NEVER should there be any such thing as a BUY IN. It's simply ridiculous.

OK now you tell me the transfer agent can't possibly issue more shares than they are authorized under the company charter. NONSENSE!! What about the QQQ's what the hell are they?

I'll be closing all my accounts if I continue to get the threat of buy-ins on every POS I'm short for the fact I have done some great fundamental research, and I've had the conviction to trade the market accordingly.

Fundamentals is another issue here : Pro Forma. GMAFB !!!!!!!
