The distinguishing feature of the current rise in tech, and I am using the low of Oct 17/18 as the start, is that it is very overlapping and gently sloping upward. Alert: That is not bullish short-term. We will need to see the current run put in a significant new high to remove the danger of quick retracement. At this point I would expect it to do just that, but while the danger of falling out of this formation is present it really should be respected. I will post a pretty picture later today.
