I am long IDCO from 11, nice business model with institutional clients instead of trying to play the retail investor crowd.

Check the numbers and you will find very nice EBITDA - real cash flow since the DA is all non-cash.

I'll have to look at IDCO, but here I play with the "true and tried, just redeployed the whole Q again here in the last 10 minutes, BRCD at $25.49, BRCM at $37.60, QLGC at $42.94 (ouch, a big premium), EMLX at $25.70 and JNPR at $25.60. Also got CCMP at $67.86, also a premium.
