The Republican Congress turned over the surplus. And Dashclegephardt and company were blaming the reduction of the surplus on the tax cut given to US taxpayers, many of whom did not contribute to Bush. I wish we could have targeted only Bush voters but that wouldn't be Constitutional. As usual, your post demonstrates your utter cluelessness...
