Hmmm. I can see that point, but I personally see Hussein as a threat. But I know that's a big ?--do we attack Iraq cuz of unfinished bizness, i.e. hawks leftover from Bush Sr. who think the job was left undone... Or for genuine reasons. I think for genuine reasons. It's just that you make it sound much easier to make & distribute than I believe it is. Remember, its highly l lethal, so working w/ it you could easily contaminate environment or self.
