Glad to have this info. I have suspected that winter has some advantages for us. If this were a conventional war with battlelines and heavy armor and many US troops on the ground it would be different. But we are not going about it that way.

Keep in mind that the Viet Cong did not have shoes either. What they had was determination, that turned back our technical superiority.

Right now Israel has tremendous military superiority over the Palestineans, and its not doing them much good. They are winning every battle and losing the war.
