Does Placer have a back-in right on Salamandra? Or does NGT/AAM own this free and clear after payments?

Thanks,
Geoff

Russ,

If these numbers are met... then NGT is a bargain even with only 50% of this gold. But I still cannot find that scoping study. The only number I see regarding CAPEX is USD 90M in the Salamandra Project Review, report. Which date at sedar.com?

What about dilution, at some point NGT must participate in the feasibility study. Millar will spend only enough to porve the concept. Then the big money must be spent.
