Jim, I notice you're on a quest to debunk all benchmarks that favor the Pentium 4. So far, you've thrown out SysMark, Quake III, 3DMark, and now Winzip. IIRC, you still have a number of others left to go. Good luck.

No, wait. WinZip sucks. It's WinRAR that I use all the time.
 
I download TV episodes and other huge files from newsgroups. They are always stored in split RAR format (a RAR file, then files with extensions R00, R01, R02 ... R99, S00, S01 ....) and it takes several minutes to uncompress them.
 
I expect that Andy Wonisch will soon start using WinRAR a lot, too. <g>
