I believe you are right sir. I think that the upcoming market is going to be a slow climbing of the wall of worry. That means that we are going to have nice healthy PBs along the way to keep the fear level up.

VIX at 31....fear level dropping

but it is on the BSL....time for a bounce (yes, I think that support and resistance levels work on the vix)
