That's what I thought. I would not have tried to fit richie's scenario except that he appears to be acquainted with the area, and to hold firmly to his sources. But the Dulles controllers have more credibility, and seem to fit everything better, including the failure of National to sight the plane. They would not be attentive to an area largely under the surveillance of Dulles, but they would have noticed the plane along richie's route, because it would have been very close to them, nearly approaching their tower briefly.......
