You have raised some interesting points, and I will have to think about what you said before I answer. I will answer, however.

Part of my dislike for Clinton is visceral and beyond explanation. He rubs me the wrong way when he takes up positions against tobacco companies and then puts their products to uses that most people never dream of, not to mention their customary purpose. It rubs me the wrong way when he takes up positions on gun control that are counter to the Bill of Rights, and then goes out bird shooting with his buddies. I'm told he is a good wing shot, taking birds that nobody else could hit. That's just about the only thing about him that I like.

I'll give your other points more thought and respond later.

Since this is the President George W. Bush discussion place, I reiterate: "What you see is what you get." Did you see him talking to those school children yesterday? Did you see him signing into law the terrorism bill? There's no equivocation there. If you underestimate him, you'll live to regret it.
