Btw, interesting trivia on Tiger Tank ser#... Didn't know that.

But I would put up there at the top of the list... permitting Britain's army to escape at Dunkirk, and not moving forward with Operation Sea-Lion, the invasion of Britain.

Lusitania was WWI. The Enigma code was changed but the changes where not radical and not frequent enough.

Hi Jim Wooly CB; Interesting that only 5 decisions by the Nazi high command would have allowed them to overcome a 5 to 1 disadvantage in production of aircraft and tanks.

It's a good thing that our military doesn't analyze logistical situations like that.
