Jim, <If you change out the video card or sound card or whatever you have to register?> Ideally, minor changes like a sound card or video card upgrade should not trigger the reactivation requirement. Of course, realistically it will probably be a whole different story. <Someone who has several computers at home will have to by a copy for each...> MS will provide like a $5 or $10 discount for people buying multiple copies of WinXP for their home computers.
