An immediate cause of something which was planned over a year ago? I think not. In any event, she was right, Sharon will not be controlled, and "Intifida II", complete with an acceleration of terrorist incidents, could not be allowed to proceed with impunity. We could not afford to get into the middle, at least until both sides tired of the level of antagonism.......

"Calamity" is convenient liberal semantics... not surprising coming from an America hater like you.

9/11 was a CRIMINAL ACT OF WAR - and the only immediate cause were war criminals.

As long as Israel exists the Arab street will despise the US.

What they need to be re-taught is to FEAR us.
